Cancellation Policy
The time of your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call the office at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment in that time slot.

If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Emergencies will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

No-show Policy
If you either forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment without notifying me in advance, it will be considered a “no-show” and you will be charged for your “missed” appointment.

Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Therapist Cancellation Policy

If I have to cancel our appointment, I will call you as soon as possible to let you know. If I cancel (for reasons other than illness or emergency) less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, I will discount your rescheduled appointment.
